ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION
Colored straw yellow, it has an intense and slightly aromatic bouquet with a touch
ripe fruit, especially pear flavor.
Overall, very harmonious and well balanced in acidity with a gentle finish.
It has a beautiful full body thanks to high minerality.

Recommended with pasta or risotto, seasonal vegetables, fish,
white meat, medium-ripened cheese, also vegan production.
