How do we handle your personal data?

Personal data we process:
Billing/delivery data/registration data: Name, surname, title, address, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, username.
Purchase data, login: Product data, purchase price, order date, date and time of registration. In case of purchase without registration, we will not process your username, registration date.
For what purpose do we process your personal data:
Electronic store (hereinafter referred to as eshop): we process your invoicing/delivery data and purchase data for the purposes of processing orders and invoices, processing payments for ordered goods, providing information on the status of the order, possibly providing discounts and delivering the ordered goods.
We process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
Registration:
If you register when completing the order, we will process your personal data for the purpose of maintaining a database of registered users. We process personal data for the purposes of registration in the www.korok.sk e-shop based on your consent. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time.
All personal data are confidential.
Length of storage of personal data:
We will keep your personal data in the database of registered users for the period necessary for the purpose of their processing, or for the period specified in your consent from the date of registration or from the last purchase. We have to keep the accounting documents connected with the equipment of the order for at least 10 years after the year to which they relate.
Obligation to provide personal data:
The provision of personal data for the purpose of processing the order (fulfilment of the contract) is mandatory. If you do not provide personal data, we cannot process your order.
Sharing of your personal information:
Beneficiaries based on special laws - tax office, or other beneficiaries based on special laws.
Intermediaries:
In some cases, we can provide the processing of your personal data to our suppliers, i.e. intermediaries who process your personal data on our behalf only on the basis of contractual instructions.
Our intermediaries are: providers of IT services, providers of postal, forwarding and courier services.
Your rights related to personal data:
Right to withdraw consent - you can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data and your consent to registration in the www.korok.sk e-shop at any time by sending a written request to the address of the company Korok Jelínek spol.sro or electronically to the email: info@korok.sk.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your personal data before its withdrawal.
The right to access your personal data - upon request, you have the right to obtain from us information about what personal data we process about you and to provide a copy of your personal data.
The right to correct or supplement personal data - personal data must be correct, true and up-to-date. Based on the request, you have the right to correct incorrect and complete incomplete personal data.
The right to erasure of personal data - upon request, you have the right to delete your personal data if the purpose of the processing has ended or the personal data is processed illegally.
The right to restrict the processing of personal data - upon request, you have the right to block your personal data.
The right to transfer personal data - upon request, you have the right to receive the personal data that we process about you in a structured, commonly used and readable format, and you also have the right to request the transfer of this data to another operator, if this is technically possible. However, the rights of third parties cannot be limited by this.
The right to file a complaint – you have the right to contact the supervisory authority at any time in connection with the processing of your personal data, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to these conditions or applicable legislation. Method of exercising rights:
You can exercise your rights by sending a written request by mail to the address of our company or electronically to the email: info@korok.sk. We will respond to your request regarding the processing of personal data without undue delay in any case within one month of its delivery. In special cases, the deadline can be extended by another two months, but in any case, we will inform you about the reasons for the deadline extension within one month of receiving the request. The information is provided free of charge. However, if your requests are unreasonable or frequently repeated, we may request a reasonable administrative fee for processing them.
