DOP TEJO / Portugal Red wine with a young profile.
The nose presents notes of black fruit with a hint of spice due to aging in wood. In the mouth it is fresh with round tannins and a persistent finish.
VINIFICATION Simultaneous fermentation of the varieties at a temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC, followed by a short period of post-fermentation maceration of the skins. After fermentation, the wine was aged in wood for 4 months.
