Red Wine with an intense ruby color.
It has a complex aroma that combines floral notes, violets typical of Touriga, with black fruit and a light balsamic wine from Alicante Bouschet.
In the mouth, it is a wine with full body, concentration and a lingering finish.
After pressing, the grapes are moved to different tanks so that fermentation takes place separately, with the final batch being prepared later.
The grapes were destoned and underwent a short pre-fermentation maceration.
It then fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 26 °C.
