The waterproofing vapor barrier film is used as a moisture barrier under the floors. It prevents the penetration of water vapor and thus protects the floor from absorbing moisture from the substrate.

• Vapor barrier film Foil PE is suitable as a vapor barrier under floors on a concrete base. When laying the floor on concrete or anhydrite, it prevents the penetration of moisture from the substrate, thus extending the life of your floor.
• The vapor barrier is not suitable for laying the floor on wood (boards, OSB boards, etc.). The substrate could start to rot.
• The vapor barrier is made of durable polyethylene (PE). The material stands out for its high elasticity and strength, which is why it is sufficiently resistant to mechanical stress and tearing.
